Welcome to the club page of the GAA Alcohol & Substance Abuse Prevention Programme.
The aim of the ASAP Programme is to reduce the harm caused by alcohol and other drugs.
The GAA are doing this by appointing ASAP Officers at provincial, county and club levels. Our own club representative is Maria Gleeson, who can be contacted at mgleeson06@yahoo.ie
ASAP Officers will be responsible for promoting and implementing Club Drug and Alcohol policies and organising prevention/education initiatives in conjunction with professional drug and alcohol agencies.
